Stu picked up his first butcher's knife at eleven years old — and nearly fifty years on, he's still at the block. Fairfield Farm Fresh Products is a proper old-fashioned butcher's: locally sourced Lincolnshire meat, prepared fresh by hand every single week. No mass production, no shortcuts.

The sausages are what he's known for. Made traditionally with his own blend of herbs and spices, they've been named Taste of Lincolnshire champion four years in a row — and the sweet chilli ones have become a village favourite in their own right.
